Next, please choose from the options below to fill out the appropriate application form. Once your application has been approved, we'll invite you in for a short orientation to explain how everything works, hand you your personlized key fob, and get you ready to drive!

Please remember that there is a non-refundable $30 application fee to apply.

Application Forms

Individuals: Choose from the forms below to set up a new indivdual account for yourself, set up a group account for you and up to four family members, friends, or housemates, or to join an existing account (keep in mind that we'll verify with the primary account holder that you've been invited to join his or her account).

Businesses: First you'll need to set up an account for your business or organization. Then each employee who plans to drive will need to fill out an employee application to join the account. Employees can simultaneously set up an individual account for FREE using the same form!
